Where Is Camp High Sierra Located?

Situated in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, Camp High Sierra is in the center of everything you’ll want and need from a campground. It is a perfect base camp for all activities you’ll want to do since it is located between the nearby town and the Lakes Basin.

Also, the campground is surrounded by a ski run, an aspen grove, and the Juniper trail of the Mammoth Mountain Bike Park. On the uppermost end of the camp is where you can find the North Village and the Lakes Basin Path.

As for RV and trailer access, you must proceed through town on Main Street. Go past the 3rd traffic signal across Minaret Road, and you’ll be on Lake Mary Road. Turn left onto the Kelly Road, then turn right onto the Majestic Pines Drive. From there, follow the road until you pass an intersection, then turn right again onto the dirt road between the first two houses.
