If you’re looking for a place to disconnect and escape the humdrum city life in the meantime, Crowley Lake RV Park might be for you. Located near Crowley Lake, Mammoth Mountain, Eastern Sierras, and Pleasant Valley Reservoir, this campground is perfect for anyone who wants to experience laid-back outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and nature walk.

While many RV sites are seasonal, this campground is open all year round. Autumn might even be the best time to visit the place because of the burst of interesting colors of the leaves. Plus, at this time of the year, there is no crowd.

During winter, Crowley Lake RV Park is a great campground thanks to its proximity to Mammoth Mountain, which is famous for its winter sports. You can also try winter fishing in Hot Creek and Upper Owens, which are great spots for fly fishing.

Outdoor Activities

Thanks to the campground’s proximity to nature reserves, you can do a wide range of outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, kayaking, wakeboarding, or simply gazing at the stars.

Aside from fishing boats, you can also rent other types of watercraft if you want to try out wakeboarding, sailing, kayaking, or water skiing.

The campground is also a popular base camp for hikers due to its proximity to the Eastern Sierra that stretches from Lone Pine in the south to Nevada in the north. This mountain range is known for its breathtaking natural wonders like the basalt rock formations called “Columns of the Giants” and the Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest, which is the home of the oldest living trees.
