Terms and Conditions

CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT: A deposit equaling 50 percent of the total amount due must be received no later than 15 days (payable by check, money order or MasterCard/Visa) after the date you made your reservation. This is separate from the security deposit. Once we have received your deposit your reservation is confirmed. This deposit is considered payment and will be applied towards your rental amount.

FULL PAYMENT: Reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations with a balance due will not be honored, and cancellation fees may be applied as a result of non-payment.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept cash, money order, cashier's check, traveler's check, personal check, MasterCard and Visa. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. If we receive a returned check the rental will be cancelled and the appropriate refund schedule will be applied.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY: Due to the distance and time required, your Check-Out time is strictly enforced. A Late Check-Out hourly surcharge of $25 will apply if you leave any time after your prearranged Check-Out Time.

RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY: Changing your reservation in any way is subject to a $5 fee. The initial deposit to secure your reservation is due within 15 days of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the start of your arrival date. Once received, a receipt will be emailed to the email address we have on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We regret that we cannot make any exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. Any cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, (which is taxable), of the total cost of the reservation. We are unable to make refunds for cancellations closer than 30 days to your arrival date.

REFUND POLICY: Any cancellations made 61 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date are subject to a $15 fee. Any cancellations made 31-60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date we will retain the confirmation deposit.

Early Departures or Late Arrivals: No refunds are issued for late arrivals or early departures.

DAMAGE, CLEANING, AND LOST KEY POLICY: You are responsible for charges up to $500.00 for all damage to the trailer during your rental, which includes the cost of repair or the actual retail cash value if it is not repairable or if we elect not to repair it, loss of use, diminshed value of the trailer caused by the damage to it or repair of it, missing equipment, and a reasonable charge to cover administrative expenses. If there is damage, excessive cleaning, or lost keys, you will be billed for the actual costs and payment must be received no later than 30 days from your departure date. Damages can be billed to credit card.
