Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: A deposit equaling 50 percent of the total amount of your vacation must be received no later than 15 days after the date you made your reservation. This is separate from the security deposit. Once we have received your deposit your reservation is confirmed and we will send you an email receipt to the address we have on file. This deposit is considered payment and will be applied towards your total vacation amount. All reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations with a balance due will not be honored, and cancellation fees may be applied as a result of non-payment.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: We accept check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment. If you are paying with check, please include the reservation confirmation number on your check. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to cancellation policy and fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Your deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between 59 and 31 days prior to your arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of your deposit. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to your arrival are non-refundable and subject to forfeiture of total payment. All cancellation fees are subject to applicable taxes. Exceptions to cancellations may be made if we are able to re-rent the trailer with matching terms and rates. In any event, a minimum $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Due to the limited quantity of available trailers and the advance nature of trailer rental vacations, please note that we cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy due to personal emergencies, work conflicts, weather, specific campground closures, or unavailability of a specific campsite.
RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY: If you must change or reschedule your vacation for any reason, you may do so if it is at least 60 days prior to your original arrival date, during the same calendar year. You will incur a non-refundable $25 change fee. Changes made to your vacation 60 days or less prior to your arrival date will be treated as a cancelled reservation and subject to cancellation policy and fees.
CHECK-OUT POLICY: Due to the distance and time required to pick up your trailer, your Check-Out time is strictly enforced. A Late Check-Out fee of $50 per hour will apply if our driver is waiting and the next guest is being inconvenienced.
EARLY DEPARTURE: We are unable to refund any unused portion of your stay for any reason should you decide to check-out early.
LATE ARRIVAL: Our service yard is generally closed after 5:00pm. If you plan to arrive after hours, plan to have a reserved campsite so we may pre-park your trailer ahead of your arrival. We are unable to refund any unused portion of your stay for any reason should you not arrive on the first day of your vacation.
DAMAGE, KEY, EXCESSIVE CLEANING, AND MISSING INVENTORY: You are responsible for charges for all damage to the trailer during your rental, which includes the cost of repair or the actual retail cash value of the item damaged, including, but not limited to, diminished value of the trailer, loss of use and revenue, missing equipment, excessively soiled linens, excessive cleaning, and a reasonable charge to cover administrative expenses. The credit card on file will be billed for the costs incurred and a breakdown of the charges will be provided. Please note Adventure In Camping is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to your personal property, or that of your party.
